BRIGGS, - Petitioner, - vs JAMES HENRY BRIGGS, Respondent. - ORDER ' This cause came on to be heard before this Court for an Order of Contempt i for failure to pay the sums of $35.00 per week alimony beginning July 20, i 1979, and attorneys' fees in the amount of $250.00, and the Court having heard testimony that the Husband since July 20, 1979, has received income from his employment at Tylander Lumber Company, Fort Pierce, Florida and has made only one payment as directed and has had the present ability to pay since July 20, 1979, and that he has paid no attorneys' fees to the Wife'-s attorney and that the Husband is presently $210.00 in arrears, it is _ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that JAMES HENRY BRIGGS shall comply with the Order of Court dated July 20, 1979, and shall commence making payments to the Clerk of the Court in the amount of $35.00 each week as temporary alimony and $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers cheb}c. Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence address at all times while this Order is in effect. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in accordance with the Order of Court dated July 20, 1979, the Husband is to pay the Clerk of Court the sum of $36.00 per week each and every week, plus $2.00 statutory fee. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check, Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, for the support and maintenance of the Husband's children, VERNON LEE BRIGGS, JAMES HENRY BRIGGS, JR., and LENORA F.
