THIS CAUSE having come to be heard on the Petition
of the Wife for a temporary award of car payments and the
Petition of the Husband for temporary possession of the
1977 Cutlas Oldsmobile, and the Court having heard the
testimony.-of the parties, the arguments of counsel and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon ~ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband's Petition for temporary possession
of the Cutlas automobile is denied. -

2. The_Husband is ordered to immediately pay
i
the outstanding payment due to the First National Bank of
Fort Pierce, being the payment due August 2, 1979, for the
1977 Cutlas automobile in the possession of the Wife.
