IN RE: The Marriage Of
ANTONIO RIVAS, Husband
and
JOSEPHINE RIVAS, Wife
ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on that portion of the
Wife's Petition seeking temporary relief and the parties hereto
and their counsel of record having reached an agreement in open
Court and the Court being fully-advised in the premises. It-is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife, JOSEPHINE RIVAS, shall have the care and
custody of the minor children, JOHNIE RIVAS and JULIO RIVAS, granting
unto the Husband, ANTONIO RIVAS, reasonable rights of visitation.
2. That the Wife and the minor children above named shall -
have-the exclusive use to occupy the major portion of the marital
home located at 21st Street and Delaware Avenue in Fort Pierce,
i Florida, except however that the Husband may have the use and occu- -
pancy of the small room now occupied by~him in the marital home
located at 21st Street and Delaware Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida
providing he abides by the Restraining Order hereinafter set forth.
3. That the Husband shall be responsible for. and pay the
mortgage payments, the utilities and the insurance on the marital
dwelling when the same become due and before they become delinquent
commencing with the month of August, 1979.
4. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $75
each week for the support and maintenance of the-minor children above
named beginning August 30, 1979 and each week thereafter until further
order of this Court.-
5. That the Husband, ANTONIO RIVAS, is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, molesting, annoying, harassing,
belittling or using physical violence on the Wife, JOSEPHINE RI VAS.
