This cause, having came on to be heard before me upon
Stipulation of the parties, and this Court having reviewed
the file herein, it is
ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, LIBERTY LOAN CORPORATION, recover
from Defendant, TOMMY E. JAVYS, the sum of $1,966.92 with its
costs in the su® of $38.00.
A2~D FURTHER ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, LIBERTY LOAN
CORPORATION, recover from Defendant. MARGARET DAMS, the sum
of $2,020.42 and its costs of $30.50.
-AND FURTHER ADJUDGED that this Court shall withhold its
Execution in accordance with the Stipulation of the parties
filed herein until such tine as Plaintiff gives notice to this
Court that Defendants haves dafaul~:ed it the payments set forth
in their Stipulations. This Court shall issue its Writ of
Execution upon the Plaintiff's filing an Affidavit of Non-Payment.
