AFFIDAVIT
IN RE: Lot 4 lees North 29 1/2 feet and less West 50
= feet ROBLEGARDS S/D 2b-34-40, St. Lucie County, Florida
- BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally

. duly sworn did depose and say:.
1. That JOANNA G. DOFF who by a d~pd dated July 28,"
1947 and recorded in-Deed Book 158,. page 432, conveyed to

FLORENCE C. HASRELL and MERLE C. HASRELL and HARRIETT G.
EASTHAM and JOHN K. EASTHAM the above captioned property, was
the same person as the JOANNA M. GROVE who is a beneficiary
under the Last Wi~11 and Testament of HARRIET C. GROVE.
2. That HARRIETT GROVE EASTHAM, FLORENCE GROVE
- HASRELL and JOANNA M. GROVE were the only lineal decendants
of HARRIETT C. GROVE and FRANK L. GROVE. -
3. That the above named lineal decendants did
furnish a home and provided for FRANK L. GROVE after the
death of HARRIETT C. GROVE during his natural life.
4. That FLORENCE GROVE HASRELL was the same person
a:~ FLORENCE GROVE GILPIN.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
