and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said county on the
22 day of APRIL 1966 in O.R. Book 143 on Page 476 ,
has been paid in full and discharged; and the Clerk of said Court is hereby
authorized and directed to record this instrument as a full and complete cancellation
and satisfaction of said mortgage.
