OCEANRISE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC. '
by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 4th day of May A.D., 197$ ,and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. LUC1 e
State of Florida,~n 0. R. book 286 Page 1423 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS ANO LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100---------

with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS the said
OCEANRISE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC.
requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one dollar and other good and valuable consideration
dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
OCEANRISE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC.
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
OCEANRISE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC.
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,
to-wit:
Apartment No. 701 of OCEANRISE CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according
to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 313,
at pages 2307 thru 2351 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
and as amended in Official Records Book 315, pages 1853 through 1866.
TOGETHER with all of its appurtenances according to the Declaration and
subject to all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said

and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lein of said mortgage, and every part there-
