do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and

_ Testament, hereby revoking all former wills and codicils by me at
any time heretofore made.

FIRST; I direct my Executor hereinafter named, as soon
after my death as may be convenient, to pay all my just debts and
funeral expenses.
SECOND; I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue
nJ and remainder of my estate whether the same be real, personal or
mixed and wheresoever located, unto ~ brother, CHARLES F.

THIKD; In the event my said brother, CHARLES F. MIDDLETON,
shall predecease me, then, and in that event, I give, bequeath and
