THIS INDENTURE, executed this day of September,
1979, between EDGAR P. YORK, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of ORANGE F. YORK, Deceased, Grantor, and LEONARD H.
LHAL~:, 3k. and ELEAi~iOR B. CIit1CE, his wife, Grantees, whose ud- ~l
dress is: Southworth Street, Lakeville, Massachusetts 02346.
W I T N E S S E T H
The Grantor, in consideration of the premises and the
sum of $10,00, and other good and valuable considerations, in
hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the Grantees, and to their heirs and
assigns forever, that certain real property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follo•,~•s:
Condominium Unit E, Building No. 927, together with
its appurtenances, in HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE CON-
DOMINIUM, Sec. One, a condominium, St. Lucie County,
Florida, according to its Declaration of Condominium,
including all of its exhibits, recorded in Official
Records Book 230 at Page 2201 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments anc? appurtenances belonging to or in anywise appertaining
to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Grantees, and to
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

AND the Grantor does covenant to and with the Grantees,
their heirs and assigns, that in alI things preliminary to and
in and about this conveyance the laws of the State of Florida
have been followed and complied with in all respects.
