HomeMy WebLinkAbout0168 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by and between
the parties hereto that the promissory note from Mortgagor to
Mortgagee, secured by mortgage dated April 6, 1978, and recorded
in O. R. Book 284, Page 2894 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, is modified as follows:
(1) Where said promissory note provides "the sixth (6)
and final payment shall be $83,000.00 plus interest on the unpaid
balance", the same is hereby amended to read: "That the fifth (5)
and final payment shall be $85,500.00 plus interest on the unpaid
balance and shall become due and payable on November 19, 1979.
(2) It is further agreed that said note shall further
provide that on and after the 1st day of September, 1979, it shall
bear interest at the rate of 12 3/4X per annum on the unpaid balance
until maturity.
(3) And it is further agreed that by and between the
parties hereto said promissory note shows as additional collateral
the Assignment of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort
Pierce, Savings Passbook X43716. This collateral was released on
February 16, 1979 and a Collateral Substitution Agreement was
executed and signed on February 16, 1979, substituting fifty (50)
shares of Oceanrise of Hutchinson Island, Inc. stock.

(4) Except as herein expressly amended, modified and
f changed, the terms of said note and mortgage are hereby ratified,
approved and confirmed.
