filed its sworn Complaint, together with its Declaration of Taking in
the above styled Court against you and each of you as defendants seek-
ing to condemn the above described property located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, by Eminent Domain proceedings.
You are further notifies that the plaintirr will caii up fpr
hearing before the Honorable Philip G. Nourse ,
one of the Judges of the above styled Court on the 7th day of
November , A.D., 1979, at 9:30 o'clock A. M., in
St. Lucie County Courthouse
Fort Pierce , Florida, its application for an Order of Taking
in accordance with its Declaration of Taking heretofore filed in this
cause. All parties to this suit and all otter interested parties
may appear at the time and place designated and be heard.
