the Plaintiff for a Scimr.~al-y Final Judgment herein and the Court
having considered the pleadings and the evidence presented on
behalf of the Plaintiff anti otherwise being fully advised iii the
premises finds and determines that. the Defendant is indebted to
the Plaintiff in the amount of ~ 5.658.12 ; and the Court turther
finds that Plaintiff is entitled to recover the cost it incurred
in bringing this action, which to date equals S34.50 ; it is
thereupon
