Notice is hereby given that THE•TRAVELERS INSURANCE
COMPANY, Defendant, Appellant, appeals to the District
Court of Appeal, Fourth District of Florida, the Final
Judgment for Plaintiff, rendered September 13, 1979,
and the Order dated September 13, 1979, wherein the Court
below denied Appellant's Motion for New Trial. and Motion
for Entry of Judgment in Accordance with Motion for Directed
Verdict. The nature of the Order is a final order adjudging
