A tract--iTf`~and lying in Sections 14, 15 and 23, Township 37 South, Range 37 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Section 15, thence North 30°- 44'-17" West (an assumed bearing and all other bearings relative thereto) along a line 989.33 feet Southwest of and parallel with the West line of Evans Canal 3,465.00 feet to the intersection of a line 2,978.21 feet North of and parallel with the South line of Section 15; thence East along said line 1151.04 feet to the intersection of the West line of Evans Canal; thence South 30°-44'-17" East along the West line of Evans Canal 6930.00 feet to the intersection of the North line of a Florida Power & Licht Com_Danv easement. said North line lvina 2323.33 feet North of the South line of~Section 23; thence West along the North line of said easement 1151.00 feet; thence North 30°-44'-17" West parallel with the West line of Evans Canal 3465.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 157.39 acres more or less. Subject to taxes from the year 1980 and thereafter, easements, reservations and restrictions of record, if any. Provided, however, Grantor, his personal representatives, heirs, and assigns (hereinafter "Grantor"), shall for a period of twenty-one (21) years from the date of this deed, have the first right of refusal to re-purchase the described property, or any part thereof, and this right of first refusal is part of the consideration for the execution of this deed by Grantor. In the event that Grantee, his personal representatives, heirs, or assigns elect~to sell the described property, or any portion thereof, within said twenty-one (21) year period, then and in that event said proeprty shall be offered to Grantor upon the same terms and conditions as such property would be sold to a third party, and Grantor shall have sixty (60) days after the receipt of written notice of such election to sell (which such notice shall contain an exact copy of the offer from the third party) within which to exercise . Grantor's first right of refusal to purchase, which such exercise of the right shall be mailed within the sixty (60) day period to Grantee at the address shown on the notice, and if Grantor does not elect to exer- ~ cise the right to purchase within said sixty (60) day peirod Grantee shall have the right to sell the portion of the property described in the notice free of the first right of refusal.
