corporation, and DONALD WILLEMS and JOAN WILLEMS, his wife
by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 14th day of AU9USt A.D., 19 78, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of $t , LUC1 e
State of Florida, in 0. R. Book 292 Page 2231 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ANO NO/100--

with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS the said WASHINGTON REAL ESTATE, INC., a Florida corporation, and
DONALD WILLEMS and JOAN WILLEMS, his wife
requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one dollar and other good and valuable consideration
dollar, to it in hand paid by the said WASHINGTON REAL ESTATE, INC. , a Florida corporation,
and DONALD WILLEMS and JOAN WILLEMS, his wife
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,
exonerate aid discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said WASHINGTON REAL ESTATE,
INC., a Florida corporation, and DONALD WILLEMS and JOAN WILLEMS, his wife
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,
to-wit:
Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block D, SANDALWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION, according-
to the plat thereof on file in Plat Book 20, page 5, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
