4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
Decedent was a resident of this county at the time of his death.
5. JOHN BRADFORD CUI:VERHOUSE whose address is 1635
Thumb Point Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, is qualified
under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as personal repre-
sentative of Decedent's estate and is e„titled to preference in
appointment as personal representative because he was nominated
to serve as personal representative under the Last Will And
Testament.
6. The nature of the assets of the Decedent's estate
are shares of stock in Culverhouse Cattle Corporation, believed to
be in excess of X60,000.00. -
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of Decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the Decedent's last will, dated
September 9, 1978, accompanies this Petition.
Petitioner requests that the Decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that JOHN BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE be appointed
personal representative of the Florida estate of the Decedent
