I, GEORGE HENRY CULVERHOUSE, SR., domiciled and residing
in Saint Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory and considering the uncertainty of this life, do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will And Testament, hereby
revoking all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I hereby direct that all of my legal debts,
funeral expenses and costs of administration of my estate be paid as
soon as practicable after the date of my death.
SECOND: I give and devise a life estate in one-third of
.the shares of stock that I own in Culverhouse Cattle Corporation to
my beloved former wife, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, to be hers during
her lifetime with a remainder of one half of said shares of stock in
s fee simple to my beloved son, JOHN BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE, to be his
~ absolutely and forever, and a remainder of one half of said shares of
stock to my beloved son,- GEORGE HENRY CULVERHOUSE, JR., to be his

absolutely and forever.
THIRD: I give and devise one-third of the shares of stock
that I own in Culverhouse Cattle Corporation in fee simple to my
beloved son,-JOHN BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE, to be his absolutely and
forever.
FOURTH: I give and devise one-third of the shares of stock
that I own in Culverhouse Cattle Corporation in fee simple to my
beloved son, GEORGE HENRY CULVERHOUSE, JR., to be his absolutely and
