FIFTH: I give and devise the rest, residue and remainder,
excepting therefrom only the shares of stock that I own in Culverhouse
Cattle Corporation, in equal shares in fee simple absolute to my
beloved former wife, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, and. to my beloved sons,
JOHN BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE and GEORGE HENRY CULVERHOUSE, JR., to be
theirs absolutely and forever.
SIXTH: In the event that either of my beloved sons or my
beloved former wife named herein as devises predecease me, I direct
that the devises made herein to said sons or my beloved former wife
who predecease me shall lapse, and that said lapsed devises shall be
divided equally among those who survive me.
SEVENTH: In the event that both of my beloved sons pre-
decease me, I give and devise to my beloved former wife a life estate
in the shares of stock in Culverhouse Cattle Corporation comprising
said lapsed devises with a remainder in fee simple to my heirs at
law. In the event that one of my beloved sons predecease me, I give
and devise to my beloved former wife, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, a

~ life estate in one-half of the shares of stock comprising the
lapsed devise to the son which predeceases me, and I give and devise
one-half of the shares from the devise to my predeceased son to my
son who shall survive me, in fee simple absolute, to be his
absolutely and forever.
EIGHTH: I make, constitute and appoint my beloved son,
JOHN BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE, to be the personal representative of this
my Last Will And Testament. I hereby expressly confer upon my said
personal representative, the power to .administer my estate without
bond, without the necessity or requirement of making any return
whatever to any court, and with full authority and power to encumber,
