PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the appointed Personal Representative in the domiciliary
proceedings in and for Westmoreland County, State of Pennsylvania,
authenticated copies of which are attached to the Petition for
Ancillary Administration in the possession of the above court,
and as Ancillary Personal Representative appointed by Order of
this Court on the 15th day of June, 1979. Petitioner's name
and address is as set forth in paragraph 3 and the name and
address of the attorney for the estate is as set forth at the
end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, FRANCIS C. ROMIG, whose last known
j address was 2555 Leechburg Road, City of Lower Burrell,
Pennsylvania, whose age was 55 and whose social security

number is 192-07-1447, died on March 13, 1971 at Bay Village,
~ Ohio, and at the time of death, Decedent was domiciled in

! Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania.

~ 3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
~ and the ages of any who are minors, are:
