4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because '
Decedent, at the time of his death, owned real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. The only asset of this estate, which is described
as follows:
Lot 7, Slock 1368, Section 14, PORT ST.
LUCIE, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 13, Page 5 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
has been sold pursuant to Order Authorizing Sale entered by
this Court on August 14, 1979, and the proceeds of said sale
have been distributed to the Domiciliary Personal Representative. '
6. The value of the entire estate subject to adminis-
tration in this state, less the value of property exempt from
the claims of creditors, does not exceed Ten Thousand ($10,000.00)
Dollars.
7. The Decedent has been dead for more than three years. !
8. The estate is not indebted except for: NONE. f
9. The assets of the decedent, including exempt
property, have been distributed as set out in Paragraph 5 above.
10. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner
is unaware of any unrevoked Mills or Codicils of Decedent.
Petitioner requests that an Order of Summary Administration
be entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in
accordance with Paragraph 5 above.
