ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the Petition of RICHARD M. ROMIG for Summary Ad-
ministration of the Estate of FRANCIS C. ROMIG, Deceased, the
Court finding that the decedent died on the 13th day of March,
1971; that all interested persons have been served proper notice
of this hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that the
material allegations of the Petition are true; and that an
Order of Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the
assets of the decedent as follows:
BENEFICIARY OR CLAIMANT ASSET SHARE.OR AMOUNT
Richard M. Romig as Personal Net proceeds from sale of
Representative of the Estate of Lot 7, Block 1368, Section
Francis C. Romig, Deceased 14, PORT ST. LUCZE, as per

Lower Burrell, PA Plat Book 13, Page 5 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie
F County, Florida, in the
amount of One Thousand Four
Hundred Thirty-One and 48/100
($1,431.48) Dollars.

ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts of
the decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled
~ to receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce
the right.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent,-those
holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities
or other properties of decedent are registered, are authorized
and empowered to comply with this order by paying, delivering,
