RECEIPT, ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND
ACCEPTANCE BY GRAN'T'EES
Grantees, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt
acknowledges that this purchase is subject to, in every respect, the
Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3I3, pages 2307
as Amended in Official Records Book 315, pages 1853 through 1866,
2:351,/of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and Grantees
further acknowledge receipt of and reading and examination of said
Declaration, together with its Exhibits and acknowledges that the ~
terms thereof are in the best interests and for the benefit of all
the owners in said Complex.
Grantees agree to abide by each and every-provision of said

terms thereof.
Grantees confirm that all warranties, representations and ,
inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of
Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and that no warranty or
guarantee is made or intended to be made or relied upon except where
the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed by the aforesaid
Declaration and Exhibits thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantees have hereunto set their
