THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~ ~.'J day
of October, 1979, by and between GEORGE B. DICKERSON and
NANCY ANN DICKERSON, his wife, hereinafter referred to as
Sellers, and JACKSON M. P}~ILLIPS and ~EAH G. PHILLIPS, his

wife, hereinafter referred to as Purchasers,
WITNESSETH
That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
contained in this Agreement and other valuable considerations
passing between the parties, to it, the Sellers agree to sell
and the Purchasers agree to buy the following described
~',f! property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:

Lot 7, Block 1 of GREEN ACRES S/D as per

T: page 10, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

The total purchase price of the property shall be the sum
of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and NO/100 DOLLARS ($18,500.00)
payable in the following manner: •
- $1,000.00 paid on or before the signing of this contract,
receipt of which is acknowledged by Sellers:
The balance of $17,500.00 payable in the following manner:
a Commencing on November 1, 1979 and continuing in consecutive
monthly payments for 144 months thereafter, the Purchasers will
pay the Sellers $199.16 monthly, said payments first to be
applied to interest and then to principal. Said $17,500.00
shall bear interest at the rate of nine (9) percent per annum
from the date of execution of this Agreement until paid in full.
Upon the Purchasers making the final payment the Sellers will
convey the above described property by good and sufficient
Warranty Deed to the Purchasers. The above described property
' is subject to a first mortgage held by General Electric Credit

Corporation dated March 12, 1975 and recorded in O. R. Book
' 239, page 2618, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in

the principal amount of $10,636.80. ,
