HomeMy WebLinkAbout0467 In the event that the first mortgage hereinabove described,
to General Electric Credit Corporation shall be in default for
non-payment of any monthly installment due thereunder, the
Purchasers shall have the option of making said payment
directly to said Mortgagee, and deducting said amount from
the monthly payments due the Sellers under the terms of this
Agreement, and full credit shall be given to Purchasers as
though said payment had been paid directly to Sellers hereunder.
The obligations and benefits under this Agreement for Deed
shall extend to the personal representatives, heirs and assigns
of the respective parties to it.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands and
