WHEREAS, Ray Lein ,mortgagor ,
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 27 day of September , A.D. 1977 ,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St . Lucie
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 274 ,Page 2847 ,mortgaged unto Sun Bank
of St. Lucie County and assigns.
mortgagee ,the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Fifty-

with interest as therein mentioned:

AND WHEREAS, the said Ray Lein ~ s
requested the said Sun Bank of St. Lucie County to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, That the said Sun Bank of St. Lucie County
as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of

paid by the said Ray Lein
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said Ray Lein
heirs and assigns,
all that piece, parcel or trail of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 51 SAN LUCIE PLAZA UNIT ONE, a
subdivision according to the Plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 5 at page 57 of the Public records of St. Lucie
