by and between CARL BORNSEN, 6315-3 Bay Club Drive, Fart Lauderdale, ta%
Florida, and GARY E. NIEMANN of 200 S. W.-2nd Street, Pompano Beach,
Florida. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained,
the above-named persons agree to form, and hereby do form, a partnership
pursuant to the Uniform Partnership Act of the State of Florida on
the terms and conditions hereinafter• set forth.
II. NAME
The name of the partnership shall be SI:CUP.ITY U STOR-IT.
. III. PURPOSE
The business to be carried nn by the partnership is that of
real estate acquisition, development, and operation.
IV. PLACE OF BUSIidESS
The principal place of business of the partnership shall be
at 200 S. W. 2n,' Street, Pompano Beach, Florida, and at such other
places as may be rzutually agreed on b_y the parties hereto. t
