KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that FLORIDA HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, A Corpora-
tion existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first part,
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in lawful money of the United States to it in hand paid by
sOUTHEA6TERN HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY A Corporation existing
under the laws of the State of r'lorida party of the second part, at or before
the enaealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, and granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over,
and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set

bearing date September 21, 1979 made by John B. Howard and Margaret Howard

rida, upon the following described piece or parcel of land, situated and being
in St. LucieCounty, State of Florida to wits
Lot 160, SHERATON PLAZA UNIT THREE REPEAT, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 12, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money
due and to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.
This asaignn?ent is made without recourse to the Assignor in any event and for
any cause whatsoever.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE same unto the said party of the second part, its suc-
cessors and assigns forever, the said party of the first part has caused these
presents to be signed in its name by its President and its corporate seal
to be affixed, attested by its Secretary this 17th day of September 1979
