PARTIAL RELEASE OF FIRST MORTGAGE
IQiOM ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, Florida East Coast Railway Company, a Florida corporation,
by its First Mortgage Indenture dated as of January 1, 1961, given unto Barnett
Bank of Jacksonville, N. A., a corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the United States, as Trustee (said bank being hereinafter called "Trustee"),
did grant and convey unto said Trustee, the Property therein described including
the Portion hereinafter described. to secure the payment of $22,500,000.00 aggre-
gate principal amount of new First Mortgage Series "A" Bonds and such additional
bonds of different aeries as may thereafter be issued, with interest as therein
mentioned , and ,
WHEREAS the said First Mortga~ Indenture was amended by the parties
thereto by a First Supp~~mental Indenture dated as of July 18, 1963; and
WHE1tEAS the said First Mortgage Indenture and said First Supplemental
Indenture are recorded in the public records of the Florida counties as follows:

WHEREAS, the Barnett National Bank of Jacksonville has changed its name
to Barnett Bank of Jacksonville, N. A., and continues to be and is now the duly
constituted and acting Trustee under said First Mortgage Indenture and said First
Supplemental Indenture; sad
WHEREAS, Trustee has been asked to release the Parcel hereinafter described
frao the lien and operation of the First Mortgage and First Supplemental Indenture;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Trustee releases from the lien of said
First Mortgage and said First Supplemental Indenture unto the Florida East Coast
Railway Company, its successors and assigns, the following Parcel only of said
Property, described as follows:
