15. The mailing of a written notice or demand addressed to the owner of record of the mortgaged premises
or directed to the sold owner st the last address actuall~r-furnished to the Mortgagee, or it none. dlcected to said
owner at said mortgaged premises, and mailed by the United States mails, postage preFaid, shall be sufficient
notice and demand In any case arising under this instrument and required by the pmvlstoas hereof or by law.
16. If the indebtedness secured hereb~• be guaranteed or insured under Title 38 United States Code, such
'T'itle and Re$ulatious issued thfreundcr and in effect on the date hereof shall govern the rights, duties and
liabilities of the parties hereto, and- an~• pmvisiolis of this or other instruments executed in connection with

The covenants herein contained shall bind, and the benefits and advantages shall inure to, the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and as4igns of the parties hereto. Whenever used, the stngulsr
number shill include the plural, the plural the singular and the use of any gender shall include all genders and
the term "Mortgagee" shall include any payee of the indebtedness hereby secured or any transferee thereof
whether by operation of law or otherwise.
