Beginning at a point 1538 feet North of the Southeast corner, Section 22,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, running Southwesterly on the South line of _
the parcel of land heretofore conveyed to E. G. Beckman, et ux (as recorded
in Deed Book 139, page 67 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida)
to the East right of way of U.S. Highway No. 1; thence running Southeasterly
along said right of way the distance of 175 feet to the point of beginning of
the tract herein conveyed; thence continuing Southeasterly along said right of
way a distance of 175 feet; thence running Northeasterly and parallel to the
said Beckman line a distance of 300 feet; thence running Northwesterly and
parallel to the Easterly right of way tine of said U. S. Highway No. 1 a distance
of 17S feet, more or less; thence running Southwesterly and parallel to the
said Beckman line aforesaid a distance of 300 feet to the point of beginning.
