by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 6th day of August A.O., 19 76 ,and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court it and for the County of $t , LUCI e
State of Florida, in 0. R. Book 256 Page 1441 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum ofTWO HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100-------------

with interest as therein mentioned:

requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, ai well in consideration of the premises as the sum one dollar and other good and valuable consideration

exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
Port Saint Lucie Shopping Center, Inc., a Florida Corporation
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,
to-wit:
That part of Tract "D" according to the Plat of River Park Unit Three as
recorded in Plat Book 10, page 80 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at
a monument at the S. E. corner of Tract "D" run thence S 62022' W 307.82
feet to a point, then run on an arc to the right of 77.82 feet with a control
angle of 4024'35" to a point, then run N 27°35'03" W 125.00 feet to the point
of beginning. From the point of beginning run S 62°24'57" W~150.00 feet to
a point, then run N 27°35'03" W 121.88 feet to a point, then run N 62 22" E
150.00 feet to a poi nt , then run S 27035' 03" E 122.01 feet to the P .0 . B„
TOGETHER with anon-exclusive easement for ingress and egress to said
property across the following described property as follows:
Commencing at a monument at the S.E. corner .of Tract "D"-run thence S 62°22'~ W
307.82 feet to a point, then run on an arc to the right of 77.82 feet with a
control angle of 4024'35" to a point, which is the point of beginning; thence
~ N 27°35'03" W 155 feet; thence S 62°24'57" E 25 feet; thence S 27035'03" E
155.96 feet to a point on the northeast line of Prima Vista Boulevard;
