for Release from Incarceration of the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND
REHABILITATIVE SERVICES for ROBERT GILCHRIST and the Court having
considered the papers filed herein and being fully advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Release from
Incarceration be and it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Sheriff's Department of
' St. Lucie County, Florida, shall and it is hereby ordered to

immediately release ROBERT GILCNRIST from incarceration, until further
order of the Court.
