The undersigned petitioner alleges: -
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as domiciliary Personal Representative of the Estate of
HAZEL BROOKS EICHELBERGER, Deceased. Petitioner's name
and address is as set forth in Paragraph 3 and the name and
address of his attorney are as set forth at the end of this
Petition.
2. Decedent, HAZEL BROOKS EICHELBERGER, whose last
known address was 2316 Tiller Circle, Virginia Beach, Virginia,

died on June 17, 1978, at Norfolk, Virginia, and at the time
of death, decedent was domiciled in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
