9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil

of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10. - ~

10. An exemplified copy of the decedent's Last Will and

Testament, dated '_~iarch 14, 1972, accompanies this Petition.
11. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as
- required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioner requests
that the decedent's Last Will be admitted to probate and an
Order of Summary Administration be entered directing distribution
~ of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule set

forth in Paragraph 8 of this Petition. s
