On the Petition of ROBERT B. EICHELBERGER, Domiciliary
Personal Representative of the Estate of HAZEL BROOKS EICHELBERGER,
Deceased, for Summary Administration of the above estate, the
court finding that the decedent died on June 17, 1978; that
all interested persons have been served proper notice of this
hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that the material
allegations of the Petition are true; and that an Order of
Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the
