The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
Trustee under the decedent's last Will, Petitioner's name and address

are as set forth in Paragraph 3, and the name and address of Petitioner's
attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition,
2. Decedent, L, V. SIMONS, also known as LOCKS V. SIMONS,
whose last known address was Bluff Road, Allendale, South Carolina,
.whose age was 68 years, and who had no Social Security Number died on
June b, 1958, at Allendale, South Carolina, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in Allendale County, South Carolina.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
Estate, their. addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of

any who are minors, are:
