6. The valve of the entire Estate subject to administration
in this State does not`~exceed $10,000.00, and the decedent has bee?Y
dead for more than twenty-one (21) years.
7. The Estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be distri-
buted or disposed of as follows:
To the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA, as
Trustee under the Last Will and Testament
of L. V. Simons, deceased:
Lots 25 and 26, Block 3, INDIAN RIVER
ESTATES, UNIT 5, according to the
Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10,
page 58, of the Public Records of
~St. Lucie County, Florida. $9,000.00
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of
decedent other than a's set forth in Paragraph 10.
10. An authenticated copy of the decedent's last Will probated
in the Probate Court of Allendale County, South Carolina, which Will
complies with §732.502(1) and §732.502(2), Florida Statutes, accompanies
this Petition, together with authenticated copies of the domiciliary
probate proceedings.
11. Decedent's Wi11 does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's last Will
be admitted to probate and that an Order of Summary Administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets in the Estate in accordance

Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
