ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the Petition of the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA for
Summary Administration of the Estate of L. V. SIMONS, deceased, the
Court finding that the decedent died on the 6th day of June, 1958;
that all interested persons have joined in the Petition and have
consented to the entry of this Order; that the material allegations of
the Petition are true; and that an Order of Summary Administration
should be entered, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of
the assets of the decedent as follows:
To the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA, as Trustee.
under the Last Will and Testament of L. V. SIMONS,
deceased.

Lots 25 and 26, Block 3, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES,
UNIT 5, according to the Plat thereof on file '
in Plat Book 10, page 58, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts of the
decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the
right. And it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that debtors of the decedent, those
holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or
other properties of decedent are registered, are authorized and
empowered to comply with this Order by paying, delivering, and trans-
ferring to those specified above the parts of the decedent's Estate
