I, Beatrice Cutright, a resident of the City of Hoopeston, County of
Vermilion and State of Illinois, being of a sound and disposing mind and memory,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby
expressly revoking any and all former Wills by me made.
FIRST. -
It is my Will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by
my Executor as soon after my decease as mey be convenient.
SECOND.
I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Joan C. Blum,
all my jewelry and wearing apparel.
THIRD.
At! the rest and residue of my property, both real and personal of which
t may die possessed or to which ( may be entitled at the time of my decease, 1
do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my children, Sidney B. Cutright and Joan
C. Blum; and to my granddaughter, Claire Coppel, share and share alike; and in
the event that any of said devisees should not be living at the time of my death,
then his or her share shall go to the survivors, share and share alike, per
stirpes, and in the event that such devisee should not leave heirs of his or her
body, 1 do then give, devise and bequeath his or her share to the remaining devise ,
share and share alike, per stirpes.
FOURTH.
1 do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Joan C.
81um, to be executor of this my last Will and Testament and request that she -
be not required to give bond or security as such.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto. set my hand and seal this
day of March, A.D., 1962. i

We, the undersigned, do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument
was on the date thereof subscribed by the testator, Beatrice Cutright, in our
presence and ;ae at the same time in her presence and at her request and in the
presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto,
and we do further certify that at the time of the execution of said instrument,
the said 6eatrice Cutright was of a sound mind and memory and was acting freely
and voluntarily and under no restraint.
