the said Ina Reed McReynolds, having died on September 16, 1974,
said mortgage deed having been assigned by J. Thomas Gurney, personal
representative of the Estate of Ina Reed McReynolds, deceased, to
J. Thomas Gurney, as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated October 17,
1977, with full power and authority to protect, conserve, satisfy,
.sell, lease, encumber and otherwise manage and dispose of said
mortgage and the real property described therein, said assignment of
mortgage bearing date the 31st day of October, 1977, recorded in
Official Records Book 317 , page 631 , in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
