obligation ur liability, of the Mortgagor hereunder. The right granted the Alortgagce under this paragraph shall be in addition tu,
and shall not limit or restrict any other right or rights granted the Mortgagee in this Mortgage.
U. That in the event th:u this \lortgagc is given to secure a construction loan, f;+ilurr tin the part of the \lortgagor ur the
\lortgagur's contractor, architect, engineers, ur soh-contractors to comply with the terms of the Construction Lu.m Agre•rment
dated which is by reference incorporated herein, shall, at the option of
the \lortgagee, constitute a default hereunder.
18. In the event that the Mortgagor makes payment by check or checks that the Mortgagor ha~t:+ilyd to properly endorse, the
Tlortgagor does hereby appoint the \lortgagee as its attorney-in-fact to supply on behalf of the Alurtgagur am• tied all endorse
meets necessary to negotiate said check or checks and the Alottgagor agrees to hold the Mortg:+gee harmless from any liability
whatsoever for supplying said endorsement. In the event the 1ltortgagre shall cash a check fur the Mortgagor and same shall be
returned for insufficient funds or am• other reason su that the Mortgagee is unahlr to collect its money, then the Mortgagor
hereby authorizes the Mortgagee to add said sum to the principal balance of this Mortgage and said sum shall he secured by said
Pntmissury Note and Mortgage as though it was an additional advance under the teens and conditions of this Mortgage.
19. IT IS \IUTUAl.LY C0~1VE\A\TED A\D AGREED by-and between the parties hereto that upon request of the
