LUCIE) BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared ILLIAM LoBRUTTO, who being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says: That this Affidavit is made in compliance with Section 865.09 of he Florida Statutes. That this Affiant composes all of the persons interested in the usiness enterprise known and doing business as: HOME MAINTENANCE CO. located t 8028 S. Federal Highway, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, and that the extent f the Affiant in said enterprise is 100X. That the Affiant has advertised his intention to register the oregoing fictitious name pursuant to the provisions of Section 865.09, Florida tatutes, at least once a week for four consecutive weeks prior to the filing f this Affidavit in the Views Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation of t.
