MOTION TO AMEND COMPLAINT
Plaintiff moves for an order permitting it to amend its
complaint, under Rule 1.190 F1a.R.Civ.P. The Court heretofore
permitted ore tenus amendment to allocate the land area originally
described, into (a) an area solely owned by General Development
Corporation, unencumbered, and {b) parcels covered by inst~?lment
land sale contracts. An order of taking was granted as to (a).
Plaintiff was not at that time able to specifically identify the
persons involved with reach parcel in (b) above, bnt can now do so. }

This amendment would incorporate by reference the original

complaint and parties thereto, and would preserve the allocation
and parcel descriptions referred to above, and would leave intact
the Order of Taking mentioned above, and would identify the
interests as to each of the additional parcels.
