(iv) Only those portions which are described in
subparagraphs (i), (ii) and (iii) above shall be -
released, and only in the order therein specifieds
provided, however, that upon payment .or prepayment
of the requisite amount of principal (as specified
in paragraph (a) above) and compliance with the
other requirements hereunder for releases, the
Mortgagor may obtain the release of more than one
such portion at the same time.

(v) No portion designated to be released
shall be released if the release would result in
any portion of the Premises remaining subject to
this Mortgage being without ingress to and egress
from a developed, paved road which has been dedi-
cated to the public, or in any other way
landlocked.
(vi) All releases shall be reasonable and
orderly, it being the intent of the parties not to
materially and adversely affect the market value of
any of the Premises remaining subject to this
Mortgage by reason of such releases.
