For and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars
to me in hand this day paid, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, I hereby release the property hereinafter described
from a certain lien filed by me in the office of the Clerk of the
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 14th day of September
in Official Record Book 316, page 1740
A.D., 1979,/for the sum of Seventy Four Thousand Seven Hundred
Seventy Six and 00/100 Dollars due me for labor, services and
materials on said property. Said property is described on
Exhibit A attached hereto: This lien releases Charles S. Butts _
and Rebecca R. Butts and Roy ?4oxley.
