Refer to Tract I~' of unrecorded Plat prepared by Arthur L. Day, Civil
Engineer, November 8, 1960, more particularly described as follows:
A portion of each of Lots 4 and ~ of Block 3i~ of RIVER PARK, UNI'P 4,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 9 of
the Public Records of :;t. Lucie County, I~'lorida, Ueir~g more particularly
described as follows:
Commence at the most easterly corner of Lot 8 of said Block 34; thence
run N 41° 14' 00" E 31.08 feet along the Southeasterly boundary of Lot 7
of said Block 34 to the point of curvature of a curve to the right having
a radius of 2246.59 feet; thence run Northeastwardly along the arc
of said curve to the right a distance of 199.04 feet through a central
angle of 50 04' 34" to the Point of Beginning of the parcel of land here-
inafter described; thence continue Northeastwardly alone the arc of said
curve to the right having a radius of 2246.59 feet a distance of 96.96
feet through a central angle of 2° 28' 22" to a point; thence run N 41°
13' 04" W radial to the last mentioned curve a distance of 140 feet to
a point on a curve having a radius oC 2386.59 feet and being concentric
with the previously mentioned curve; thence t•un Southwestwardly along
the arc of said curve to the left, being along the Northwesterly
Uoundary of said Lots 4 and 5, a distance of 103 feet through a central
angle of 2° 28' 22" to a point; thence run S 43° 41' 26" E radial to
both previously mentioned curves a distance of 140 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
