NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Condominium
Association, by and through its undersigned attorney, pursuant to
Section 718.116 Florida Statutes, and the Declaration of Condo-
minium hereinafter more particularly identified, claims a lien
for unpaid assessments and interest theroef, together with a
reasonable attorney's fee incurred by the undersigned Condominium
Association incident to the collection of such assessments or
enforcements of such lien, upon real property situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: -
Those particular condominium parcels composed of
apartments 808 and 1210, of Sea Palms Condominium,
according to the Declaration of Condominium there-
of, dated December 19, 1977 and recorded as Sea
Pines Tower, at Official Records Book 280, Page
2622, et al, St. Lucie County, Florida, public
records.
The name of the record owner of the condominium units is
LOUIS CATALANO.
This Claim of Lien is to secure the payments of assessments
against the above identified owner by the undersigned Condominium
Association in the amount due and owing for the dates indicated
i as follows:
BAL. DUE
Apt. 808 - Through 9/30/79 305.64
Apt. 1210 - Through 9/30/79 $360.64
Together with continuing obligations to pay monthly assess-
. I ments and interest charges on monies due and owing and attorney's
i~ fees for the collection thereof.
This Claim of Lien is filed this date with the authority of
the Board of Directors of Sea Palms ,Condominium Association, Inc.
