Patricia C. Wilder and Natalie Bruneau being first duly sworn,
depose and say that on the 29th day of September 1979, appeared
before them GEORGE JOHNSON, that in the presence of the Affiants
that certain Mortgage Deed and Note to which this Affidavit is
attached, was read over to the said GEORGE JOHNSON and fully
explained to him; that he stated that he understood the nature
of the said Mortgage~Deed and Note and the terms thereof, and
that he. desired to execute the same, but was unable to read,
and the said GEORGE JOHNSON was unable to write his name thereupon
and the said GEORGE JOHNSON made his "X" on said Mortgage Deed
and Note for the purposes of executing the Mortgage Deed and Note..
