WHEREAS, certain covenants, conditions and restrictions
were declared by the undersigned owners of all the following

described property:

N. and Olive Webb, as recorded in O.R. Book
201, Page 1634,
All of the above described land lying and
being in Section 22, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, City of Port St. Lucie,
St. Lucie County, Florida, containing 2.84
- ~ acres, more or less. '
said Declaration being filed in O. R. Book 296, page 2960 through
2972 on October 31, 1978, and
WHEREAS, a portion of said premises is being conveyed
to PORT ST. LUCIE SHOPPING CENTER ASSOCIATES, a partnership, by

warranty deed, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" ~

and made a part hereof, and

WHEREAS, it is the intention of said parties to release
said premises as described in said deed from said covenants, '
conditions and restrictions,
NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed that the covenants, con-
ditions and restrictions filed against the above described
property in the office of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
in O. R. Book 296, page 2960 through 2972, filed October 31, 1978,

are hereby released and discharged as to the portion of the
; property described in that certain deed from PORT ST. LUCIE
i
! SHOPPING CENTER, INC. to PORT ST. LUCIE SHOPPING CENTER ASSOCIATESj,
a partnership, a copy of which being attached as Exhibit "A"~of
