WITNESSEiH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of 610.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
--eleases, conveys and confirms-unto the Grantee, all that certain land
situate in Saint Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Blocks 9, 10 and 11 of INDRIO GROVES as per Plat
thereof recorded in Plat 12, Page 48, Public- Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida,
(This Deed is given subject to the easements of record,
to the restrictive covenants and the dedication of canals,
i ditches, dikes, and roads, as the same arc shown on said
I plat of Indrio Groves.)

thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said
